Creating multiple accounts (often referred to as "multi-accounting" or "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure. If twin32 detects that you hold or have attempted to create multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed, any active bonuses will be voided, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Only deposits made from the primary verified account will be eligible for refund, subject to verification of legitimate ownership.
twin32 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Standard minimum deposits are Rp 20.000 for e-wallets and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period, and are visible in your account cashier.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account not registered under the name matching your twin32 account — are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. This policy is enforced to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect both you and twin32 from fraudulent transactions. If a third-party deposit is detected after funds have been credited, the deposit amount will be frozen and returned to the source account, and your twin32 account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method and your bank's processing speed. twin32 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals can be requested once your account has been fully KYC-verified. You may withdraw funds to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, and most requests are completed within 15–60 minutes during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends may experience slight delays but are generally processed within 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. If you have an active bonus on your account, withdrawal eligibility depends on whether the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement (e.g., 10×, 20×, or 30× the bonus amount) that must be fulfilled by placing qualifying bets before the bonus funds and associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real money. Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a Rp 100.000 bonus with 20× wagering requires Rp 2.000.000 in qualifying bets). Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10–20% or be excluded entirely. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. twin32 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all games are provably fair.
